Warrego Food Suppliers was established in 2004 with two employees and one truck. Since then, to now, our distribution has grown to nine full time employees and a fleet of six trucks. We supply bulk frozen and dry goods, takeaway food packaging, ice cream, party ice, chemicals, fresh fruit and vegetables as well as being distributors for Dairy Farmers milk, Peters & Streets ice creams plus much more.

Warrego Food Suppliers is a wholesale distributer based in Charleville servicing twice weekly to Charleville and surrounds such as Cooladdi, Quilpie, Wyandra, Cunnamulla, Augathella, Tambo, Blackall, Barcaldine and Longreach travelling over 5000km each week, 52 weeks of the year.

We also supply to Windorah, Toompine, Thargomindah, Eulo, Birdsville and Winton via mail delivery runs.

Meet the crew

Stretch

Owner
Stretch has been working in the food industry for 30 years, establishing Warrego Food Suppliers in 2003 with his partner Lisa. Stretch deals with the operation of the business each day – overseeing deliveries, pricing, invoicing and ordering along with other daily duties.

Lisa

Owner
Lisa is also one of the owners of Warrego Food Suppliers – establishing the business in 2003 with her partner Stretch. Lisa does all of the financials and paperwork to keep the business running.

Nassy

Team Member
Nassy is our longest serving W.F.S employee with over 16 years of experience in the business.

Slags / Robert

Team Member
Slags has been with W.F.S since 2016 and takes good care of our Longreach run twice a week on Monday & Thursday.

Lewis

Team Member
Lewis has been with W.F.S since mid 2022 and takes care of our Charleville deliveries and keeping the depot running smoothly.

Quentin

Team Member
Quentin has been with us since mid 2023 and does our Cunnamulla run twice a week on Tuesday & Friday.

Baillie

Team Member
Baillie has been with W.F.S since the beginning of 2022 and takes care of our administration as well as our weekly fruit and vegetable orders.

Cameron

Team Member
Cameron has been with W.F.S since the beginning of 2021 and does our Quilpie run twice a week on Tuesday and Friday as well as Charleville deliveries.

Ann Maree

Team Member
Ann Maree has been with us since mid 2023 and does our Morven run on Tuesday & Thursday, as well as going to Mitchell on Tuesday.
